I began my journey in personal fitness in 1991 after a ruptured ACL ended a promising weekend warrior career in Miller Lite Flag Football, a sport that encapsulated two of my interests at the time. With no insurance and the need to relearn to walk to pay the bills, I started my own rehabilitation that led me down a path that would result in my professional entrance into the world of health and wellness ten years later.
Since 2001, I have trained tens of thousands in personal and group sessions as large as 70 persons at a time! Current national certifications in Personal Training, Group Exercise, Kickboxing, Indoor Cycling, Les Mills programming in two fields, two years teaching at UCF in the College of Education, Sports & Fitness programs, and three years directing the Wellness programs at the largest membership Central Florida YMCA family center have shaped me into the coach I am today.
Orangetheory is the whole package when it comes to integrating science and fitness, and I know. I've seen it all. And best of all, OTF gets people to MOVE.
